Description

Product DescriptionSpectacular 83x Powerful Zoom This isn’t super zoom, it’s extreme optical zoom. With 2,000mm equivalent focal length, subjects barely visible with the naked eye can fill your frame. Whilst the enhanced digital zoom effectively doubles that reach to a 4,000mm equivalent. Use it in any special trip or with hobbies. Rock-Steady Image Stabilization When shooting with extreme zoom power, tiny camera movements are amplified. The coolpix P900 uses a Dual Detect Optical Vibration Reduction system to stabilize both horizontal and vertical movements. For advanced shooters, a PSAM mode dial is available right on top of the camera, much like a DSLR. It controls the aperture and shutter speed to get your shots exactly as you want them or overcome difficult shooting situations. You don’t have to understand exposure controls to get great results the coopix P900 can do all that work for you. Full Manual Exposure Control For advanced shooters, a PSAM mode dial is available right on top of the camera, much like a DSLR. It controls the aperture and shutter speed to get your shots exactly as you want them or overcome difficult shooting situations. Coolpix can also do all the work for you, Scene auto selector will automatically choose a scene mode best suited to the shooting situation or you can choose your own from a long list including moon, birdwatching and time-lapse movie where you can create a 10 second time-transition movie from stills captured with interval timing. Movie-Making Action Photographers looking for smooth Full HD (1080p) movies without any fuss. High-quality sound is assured thanks to the zoom microphone that changes directivity according to the zoom position and with the side zoom control positioned on the left of the camera, stability is maintained to reduce camera shake during filming. The movie functions allow still shots to be taken while you’re recording and in-camera edits can be made to remove unwanted footage. A Brilliant View at Any Angle with the Screen & Viewfinder The ultra-high-definition electronic viewfinder gives a clear, detailed view of your shot even in bright conditions. And the bright 3-in LCD monitor can be tilted and twisted in almost any direction. An eye sensor automatically switches from monitor shooting to viewfinder shooting the instant you raise the camera to your face. Built-in GPS and Points of Interest (POI) for Keeping Memories The coopix P900 records the exact location of each shot you take, so you can follow the path of your adventure and every stunning view along the way! Share your journeys on Google Maps, Google+, and other social networking sites, or with Nikon View NX2 software.
